As a CMO Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in implementing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth marketing operations to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities align with company goals.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure efficient communication and execution of marketing projects.
- Identify and implement improvements in marketing processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
