As a Service Relation Officer (SRO), you’ll be the bridge between customers and our service team — ensuring satisfaction, follow-ups, and repeat visits. This role is perfect for those who love communication, care about customer experience, and thrive in a service-oriented environment.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well both independently and in a team.
Familiarity with social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Follow up with customers 3 days after service completion.
Remind customers for their next service and generate new service bookings.
Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of areas related to customer interaction.
Promote additional service offerings to customers.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with every customer.
