As a Store Keeper at Thamrin Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, quality, and accurate tracking of raw ingredients and essential materials in our Central Kitchen. Your work will directly impact the smooth operation of our F&B team.

Requirements

• Hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in the F&B industry

• Understand raw materials, especially food ingredients, and inventory flow such as FIFO and FEFO

• Familiar with local purchasing process and stock documentation

• Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for raw materials and operational items, ensuring availability and quality

• Check incoming goods, monitor stock movement, and report any shortage or issue

• Ensure proper storage methods and maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area

• Classify and process incoming materials based on type, quality, and usage needs

• Perform regular stocktaking and maintain accurate inventory records
