As a Waiter/Waitress (F&B), you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they leave with a smile.

Requirements:

• Minimum education High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant or F&B service

• Well-groomed, polite, and maintains personal hygiene and neat appearance

• Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation

• Fast, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team under shift systems

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus, inform guests of ongoing promotions, and take accurate orders

• Serve food and beverages according to company standards

• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain outlet cleanliness

• Ensure every guest feels welcome and satisfied throughout their dining experience
