Finance Manager (F&B)

As a Finance Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and control across outlets—ensuring profitability, cost discipline, and compliance with company standards.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with operations in driving financial performance. If you are someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can translate numbers into actionable business decisions, this role will challenge you to operate at a strategic level.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet business
- Experience in international company or exposure to international standards is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and taxation
- High analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with operations
Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business targets
- Monitor and control cost (COGS, operational expenses) to ensure profitability across outlets
- Oversee financial reporting accuracy, including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations team to drive financial performance and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies
