Requirements:

• Demonstrate significant experience in leasing management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Showcase proficiency in leasing principles, tools, and software, with a strong understanding of leasing analysis and reporting.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have experience in preparing and proposing leasing pricing strategies to automotive leasing companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the leasing management team in day-to-day operations, including leasing analysis, contract negotiation, and portfolio management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity in leasing data and reports, reviewing and approving leasing documentation prepared by team members.
