Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Exhibit proficiency in sales administration processes, tools, and best practices within the automotive sector.
• Showcase strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and collaborate with sales team members.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and support various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales administration activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Support sales team members with administrative tasks, including order processing, customer inquiries, and data management.
• Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to support and motivate sales team members.
