As a Branch Manager (Yamaha), you will be responsible for managing overall branch operations and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 education in any major.
• Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, preferably two-wheeled vehicles.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and business planning capabilities.
• Willing to be placed at all Yamaha Thamrin branches.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall branch operations, including sales, service, and administrative functions.
• Develop and execute branch strategies to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate branch teams to enhance performance, discipline, and service quality.
• Monitor branch performance through regular analysis of sales data, operational reports, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations.
