Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotion, or campaign management
- Strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and drive measurable results
- Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance (leads, traffic, conversion)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Manage marketing materials, branding, and communication across channels
- Identify opportunities and propose strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
