As a Sales Head for Truck Automotive, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our truck sales operations and contributing to the strategic direction of our sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the automotive sales industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful sales achievements.
• Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates sales skills and highlights past accomplishments in the automotive sector.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of truck products, market dynamics, and familiarity with relevant sales strategies and quality standards.
• Showcase strong strategic thinking and proficiency in sales planning to bring innovative and practical solutions to sales challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overseeing truck sales operations from strategy development through execution, ensuring adherence to targets and quality standards.
• Adjust sales plans and strategies to align with market demands and management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving sales targets.
• Manage, supervise, and coach the Sales team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in achieving sales goals. Ensure timely production of accurate sales reports and market analysis.
• Leverage expertise in sales tools, CRM software, and market analysis to enhance the overall sales process.
