As Cold Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for managing cold kitchen ingredients, the preparation process, and ensuring proper storage and labeling according to procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably majoring in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
  • Work experience or internships in the kitchen, particularly the cold kitchen, is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation.
  • Meticulous, neat, and able to consistently implement the FIFO (First In First Out) system.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with a positive and responsible work attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Ordering cold kitchen ingredients according to operational needs and established standards.
  • Carry out the cold kitchen food preparation process, paying attention to quality, cleanliness, and recipe standards.
  • Properly label food to ensure the FIFO system is running smoothly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and food storage according to hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and food quality.
