As an IT Staff – AI Development & IT Support, you will play an important role in supporting IT operations, developing and maintaining internal applications, assisting with system implementation, and leveraging AI and automation to improve daily business processes. You will work closely with the IT team and business users to ensure reliable technology support and continuous improvement across Thamrin Group.

You will be involved in software development, system troubleshooting, IT support, AI automation initiatives, data reporting, and system implementation, while helping ensure that technology solutions effectively support the organization's operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, programming, or application development.

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or equivalent).

• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code, API integration, and basic workflow automation.

• Good understanding of hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and IT administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal applications, databases, and business systems.

• Support AI automation initiatives and integrate AI tools into daily operational processes.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and user-related IT issues.

• Maintain IT administrative records, including IT assets, software licenses, documentation, and service requests.

• Assist in system testing, implementation, data reporting, and continuous improvement of IT processes.
