As a Cook Helper (F&B), you will play a key supporting role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting the service team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant visit.
Requirements:
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education, with a maximum age of 28
At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry or similar position
Familiar with kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
Knowledge of stock rotation systems (FIFO & FEFO)
Energetic, polite, well-groomed, and a reliable team player
Responsibilities:
Assist cooks in food preparation and kitchen cleaning tasks
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times
Organize and rotate kitchen supplies according to FIFO/FEFO systems
Maintain readiness of kitchen equipment and tools for daily operations
Support overall kitchen operations by performing duties efficiently and responsibly
