As a Parking Coordinator (Staff), you’ll be responsible for monitoring parking activities, preparing reports, and supporting the team to maintain order and excellent service. This role is perfect for individuals who are disciplined, organized, and ready to take responsibility in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.

  • At least 2 years of experience in parking operations, logistics, or related fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and data management.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily cashier reports, handover notes, schedules, and manpower plotting.

  • Check equipment and area readiness at the work site each day.

  • Create and submit daily and monthly reports to the Head Parking and Manager Parking.

  • Supervise team performance and task execution.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively on-site.
