As a Counter Sparepart staff, you’ll be the go-to person for customers and internal teams looking for vehicle parts. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about automotive spare parts and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or other related vocational background

• At least 1 year of experience in spare parts handling or inventory (fresh graduates with internship/training experience are welcome)

• Familiar with vehicle parts (motor or car), stock management, and basic computer usage

• Service-oriented with good communication and organizational skills

• Willing to work in shifts and be placed in operational areas as needed by the company

Responsibilities:

• Serve internal technicians or customers in need of spare parts

• Receive, check, and organize spare part stock accurately

• Input and manage spare part data into the system

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team when supplies run low

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare part counter and storage area
