As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising on-site work, ensuring compliance with specifications, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining progress and quality across the project.
 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in field supervision or construction projects is a plus.

• Understanding of project specifications, construction drawings, and quality standards.

• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage on-site teams and activities.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of preparing field reports and proper documentation.
   

Responsibilities

• Ensure all on-site work complies with project specifications and standards.

• Monitor and maintain the quality and integrity of construction work.

• Track project progress to ensure alignment with the planned schedule.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

• Compile regular reports and maintain documentation related to on-site activities.
