Requirements:

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry

• Familiar with beverage preparation, hygiene, and sanitation standards

• Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and service sequences

• Fast, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards and recipes

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding area at all times

• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly

• Follow hygiene and safety procedures strictly in all beverage preparations

• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
