As an Avalist Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of activities from planning and monitoring to process management and people development, contributing to the overall success of our team's objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in any field from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in process management and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, set challenging targets, and provide strategic direction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (or other languages as needed).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure that all processes, such as customer surveys and debt collection, are carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan, monitor, and control sales targets, ensuring consumer payments are managed efficiently.
  • Distribute work areas and targets to team members, including collectors and CMO.
  • Lead and develop the team by recognizing strengths and weaknesses, proposing development programs, and setting challenging work goals.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including reports on collector performance, CMO sales, and remedial efforts.
