As the Legal Manager for our shopping mall, you will play a key role in managing the legal aspects of the mall's operations, including leases, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all legal requirements are met while fostering a positive relationship between the mall's management, tenants, and external stakeholders. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal management, preferably in real estate or retail

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Strong knowledge of property law, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on lease agreements, contracts, and property disputes

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with tenants and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external legal teams

• Manage and maintain legal documents related to the mall's operation
