As a Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring all operational areas are ready for daily service to uphold high standards.
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a stewarding or cleaning role within the F&B industry.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and storage spaces.
Ensure all kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
Support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring the availability of clean items for service.
Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper waste disposal and equipment handling.
Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations.
