As a Sales Executive – Automotive (4W), you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, closing deals, and supporting our customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
Requirements:
Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the 4-wheeled automotive sector.
Solid understanding of sales techniques, consumer behavior, and competitive market dynamics.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
High energy, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and walk-in inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle models, financing options, and services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
Collaborate with the team to create promotional strategies and events to drive showroom traffic.
