Cashier (F&B)

As a Cashier (F&B), you will play a key role in handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting overall outlet operations with a friendly and professional attitude.
Requirements:
Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, with 1+ year cashier experience in F&B or retail
Proficient in POS operation and accurate transaction closing
Good communication, polite, and customer-friendly
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible with cash handling
Able to work shifts and maintain professional appearance
Responsibilities:
Process customer payments accurately using the POS system
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and closed at the end of each shift
Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
Provide guests with relevant promotional information related to billing
Prepare and submit shift-based or daily sales reports
