As a Commis Bakery , you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and perfecting our croissant offerings, ensuring they are consistently delicious and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in baking or pastry arts is a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in bakery production, specifically in croissant or pastry preparation.
- Possess strong knowledge of dough handling, lamination, and baking techniques specific to croissants.
- Have experience using bakery equipment and tools to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, ensuring all products meet taste and presentation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake croissants, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to maintain product quality and freshness.
- Keep detailed records of production, inventory, and ingredient usage.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations and timely product availability.
- Ensure all hygiene and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
