As a GM Automotive, you will be responsible for overseeing overall dealership operations, business strategy execution, sales performance, after sales operations, and organizational development—ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational and commercial success. If you are someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is capable of leading large-scale automotive operations, this role will challenge you to operate at a high-impact executive level.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Engineering, Automotive, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive industry with at least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership role
  • Preferably has strong experience in 2-Wheel automotive (Roda 2) industry and dealership operations
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, after sales management, dealer profitability, and business strategy execution
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with ability to manage multi-function teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee overall dealership operations including sales, after sales, operational performance, and business development
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company targets, profitability, and sustainable growth
  • Monitor and improve dealer operational performance, customer satisfaction, and organizational productivity
  • Ensure implementation of company standards, operational policies, and compliance across all business functions
  • Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
