As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting children through their daily routines, emotional development, and educational journey. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology from a reputable university

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Warm, patient, and trustworthy personality

  • Experience working with children or teenagers (mentoring, counseling, or education)

  • Willing to be placed in Singapore or travel for business purposes


Responsibilities:

  • Assist children in their daily activities, including routines, schedules, and transitions

  • Provide emotional and developmental support tailored to their needs

  • Organize and facilitate engaging educational and recreational activities

  • Coordinate with parents, tutors, or caregivers to ensure holistic support

  • Maintain regular progress updates and report observations to designated supervisors
