MEP Supervisor

As an MEP Supervisor (Project Development), you will play a key role in ensuring all MEP works in building projects are executed according to design, standards, and timeline—while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in building projects (mall, hotel, commercial building)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Strong coordination, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP works on-site to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and project timeline
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Identify issues and provide technical solutions to prevent delays and rework
- Oversee testing & commissioning of MEP systems and ensure readiness before handover
