As a Field Advisor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Field Advisor team to ensure excellent technical support and customer satisfaction. You will oversee field operations, monitor team performance, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and ensure that all customer complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
Possess a Diploma's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive or truck industry, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, vehicle maintenance, and diagnostic tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Strong ability to coordinate teams, analyze technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities and performance of the Field Advisor team.
Oversee customer complaint handling and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Provide technical guidance and coordinate with service, workshop, and maintenance teams to resolve truck-related problems.
Conduct field visits and monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Prepare operational reports, evaluate team performance, and ensure all field activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.
