As a Host in F&B, you will play a key role in managing guest arrivals, reservations, and ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional hospitality across the outlet.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in guest services, preferably within the F&B industry.
Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a welcoming, friendly, and professional manner.
Manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth flow of guest seating.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt and accurate seating arrangements during peak hours.
Monitor and manage waiting lists, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience from arrival to departure.
